As a result of the research, it was seen that school administrators had sufficient information about intellectual capital and intellectual capital elements. It has been determined that the educational policies carried out in the participant schools have positive effects on the intellectual capital accumulation, strong communication with all stakeholders, creating an atmosphere of trust and a sense of belonging in the school, distributing responsibilities to all stakeholders and ensuring the participation of all stakeholders in the decisions taken, and there is no negative effect. It has been determined that the educational policies carried out throughout the country have negative effects on the intellectual capital management process carried out on the basis of the school, limiting the private mobility of the school and affecting the school's ability to take initiative. Some suggestions were made in line with the results of the research.
