Today, one of the major problems, facing politicians, is to overlap the image, for the oreation of which they are ewerting efforts, an the image, which is perceived by people. In political communication, there is an interaction process in which a certain political opinion’s of politician, for making public attempts to support to existing policies. In the globalising world socioeconomic and political changes redefine the relationships between citizen and politicians. Accordingly the requests of citizens from government stuffs and as a constructers of government policies of politicians have also changed. The fact that in citizen relations of government individualism and closeness have come into the front has led to an increasing importance attached to the behavioural dimension of marketing. Trust is one of the most important socio-psychological factors which can make politic supporters dependent on the political leaders. For the improved modern democracy and for contemporary administrative policies, gaining future oriented approaches and giving momenturn to the new initatives are of vital importance. The most important impacts of technological innovation in political area is the removal of the geographical constraints; creation and development of new public relation styles and provision of new managing opportunities. A transition from classical diplomacy to digital diplomacy has been achieved through to transition to technological developments and information systems
